1.1. The Asor Fund (Registered Association) (the "Program Sponsor" and/or "Jgive"), which operates the "Jgive" website, announces a matching program (the "Program") to be held on the website www.Jgive.com (the "Site"), under these terms, as they may be amended from time to time and published on this Site.
1.2. The Program comprises two separate donor tracks, as detailed below. Participation in either track is open only to those who received a personal email from Jgive inviting them to take part in the relevant track (the "Program Notice"). The invitation is personal and non-transferable.
1.3. The matching Program begins on September 8, 2026 and ends on October 3, 2026 (the "Program Period"), or when the allocated funds are exhausted, whichever comes first. For clarity, only donations recorded within this window, made by donors who meet the stated conditions, qualify for matching under the Program.
1.4. Jgive may discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and with immediate effect, for any reason, at its sole and absolute discretion, and/or change its terms, by notice published on the Site. Such notice is agreed to be sufficient and proper notice, and participants waive any claim regarding the termination or modification of the Program terms.
1.5. By participating, the participant accepts these terms as well as the Jgive site terms of use (with the necessary changes). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and any other publication of any kind (including the Jgive site terms of use), these terms prevail and govern. Other notices and publications are for participants' convenience only.
2.1. "Donor without an account" – a donor who does not hold a Jgive account, who received a Program Notice designated for the track for donors without an account, after donating on the Site as a guest during the six months preceding the date the Program Notice was sent, and who does not hold an active user account on the Site as of the date that notice was sent.
2.2. "Donor with an account" – a donor who holds a Jgive account and received a Program Notice designated for the track for donors with an account, whose most recent donation on the Site was made between 6 and 24 months before the date the Program Notice was sent, and who made no donation on the Site during the six months preceding that date.
2.3. "Eligible nonprofit" – any nonprofit that can be donated to in new Israeli shekels through the Site at the time the donation is made, including through a campaign running on the Site. Where the donation was made through a campaign, the matching is designated for the nonprofit to which that campaign's donations are transferred.
2.4. "Qualifying donation" – a donation to an eligible nonprofit, made in new Israeli shekels only, in a single transaction, completed and successfully recorded in Jgive's systems, meeting the minimum amount that applies to the relevant track, and not canceled, refunded, or charged back. The minimum amount refers to the donation amount itself as shown on the payment page, and does not include any fee, cost-coverage addition, or other accompanying payment, if any.
2.5. Several donations cannot be combined or accumulated to meet the minimum amount. The first donation is the first transaction successfully completed under Section 3.1 or 3.2, as applicable. If the first donation is below the minimum amount, or does not meet these terms, a later donation will not qualify for matching.
3.1.1. A donor without an account is eligible to take part in this track only if, after the date the Program Notice was sent and during the Program Period, they open a user account on the Site using the email address to which the notice was sent, and, after opening that account, make their first donation to an eligible nonprofit.
3.1.2. If that first donation is a qualifying donation of at least NIS 250, Jgive will add a matching amount of NIS 50 to the nonprofit the participant donated to.
3.1.3. In any case of a breach of these terms and/or of the Jgive site terms of use and/or of the law, or if the details the participant provided are incorrect or inaccurate, Jgive may disqualify the recipient and transfer the matching eligibility to another recipient.
3.1.4. The benefit in this track is limited to the first 500 participants who meet all of the track's conditions, and to a maximum aggregate matching amount of NIS 25,000.
3.2.1. A donor with an account is eligible to take part in this track only if they make their first donation to an eligible nonprofit, through the existing user account associated with the email address to which the Program Notice was sent, after the date the Program Notice was sent and during the Program Period.
3.2.2. If that first donation is a qualifying donation of at least NIS 350, Jgive will add a matching amount of NIS 100 to the nonprofit the participant donated to.
3.2.3. In any case of a breach of these terms and/or of the Jgive site terms of use and/or of the law, or if the details the participant provided are incorrect or inaccurate, Jgive may disqualify the recipient and transfer the matching eligibility to another recipient.
3.2.4. The benefit in this track is limited to the first 250 participants who meet all of the track's conditions, and to a maximum aggregate matching amount of NIS 25,000.
3.3. The total matching distributed under the Program, across both tracks combined, will not exceed NIS 50,000 in the aggregate, after which the Program Period ends automatically.
3.4. The quota in each track is separate. Exhausting the quota in one track does not increase the quota in the other, unless Jgive publishes an express update to these terms before the relevant donation is made.
3.5. The order of participants in each track is set by the time at which the qualifying donation was completed and successfully recorded in Jgive's systems. Opening an account, signing in, opening the Program Notice, or starting the donation process does not reserve a place in the quota.
3.6. Jgive reserves the right to add, remove, and change the matching benefits and to offer an alternative award, at its sole discretion.
4.1. The matching is transferred from the Asor Fund directly to the nonprofit that received the qualifying donation. The matching amount is not deposited in the user's account, is not transferred to the participant, and cannot be withdrawn, converted, assigned, or redirected to another nonprofit.
4.2. The matching is transferred to the nonprofit at a time and in a manner to be determined after review, provided that the qualifying donation was not canceled, refunded, or charged back, and that no legal, regulatory, or operational impediment to transferring the funds to the nonprofit has arisen.
4.3. The receipt issued to the donor, to the extent they are entitled to one under law, relates solely to the amount they paid as part of the qualifying donation. The matching amount is a donation from the Asor Fund to the nonprofit; it is not considered a donation by the participant and does not entitle the participant to a receipt or to a tax benefit.
4.4. For clarity, a donation that was canceled, fully refunded, charged back, not actually cleared, or reversed will not qualify for matching. In the case of a partial refund, eligibility is canceled if the donation amount remaining after the refund is below the minimum amount that applies to the track.
4.5. If the matching was already transferred to the nonprofit before it emerged that the donation was not eligible, Jgive may offset the matching amount against a future payment due to the nonprofit, or act to recover it, in accordance with the law and with the agreements in force between Jgive and the nonprofit.
5.1. The participant hereby declares that neither they nor anyone acting in their name or on their behalf has or will have any claim, demand, or suit against Jgive, its directors, its employees, or anyone on its behalf, including in anything related to the Program. The participant hereby declares that this undertaking is irrevocable and cannot be canceled or changed.
5.2. Jgive, its directors, its employees, and anyone on its behalf are not responsible in any way for any malfunction arising from deficient performance of services connected with service providers, or from factors beyond the provider's control, such as strikes, weather, holidays, and the like.
5.3. I agree to the Program terms and release Jgive from any claim, demand, or suit connected, directly or indirectly, with this Program and/or with winning or not winning under it, without exception.
6.1. Participation in the Program constitutes the participant's consent to the entry of their name into the Jgive database. By updating their details, the participant agrees that Jgive may use the details they provided in order to send updates about future programs from time to time.
6.2. Each participant is entitled to one matching benefit only under the Program, in one of the two tracks only.
6.3. Jgive's system records serve as the basis for determining the date of the donation, its amount, its completion, and the track to which the participant was assigned. A participant who believes an error has occurred may contact Jgive with the details required for review.
6.4. Jgive reserves the right to delay and/or cancel the transfer of the matching for any reason it sees fit.
6.5. For the purpose of operating the Program and verifying eligibility, Jgive will process participants' details and donation details in accordance with its privacy policy and with the law.
6.6. Jgive may withhold any matching eligibility from a participant who won under the Program through fraud, an offense, or bad faith, even if they would have won without that act, and even if the act was committed in connection with another Jgive activity.
6.7. By participating in the Program, the participant confirms their agreement to the Program terms, and releases Jgive from any claim, demand, or suit connected, directly or indirectly, with the Program, without exception.
6.8. Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, by participating in the Program the participant agrees that any malfunction, disruption, impediment, delay, or the like originating in force majeure, war (including between states or parties other than Israel), strike, lockout, restraint, act of terror, natural disaster, technical fault, clerical error, printing error, good-faith fault, and the like, which are beyond the Program Sponsor's control, will not be deemed a breach of these terms and will not entitle the participant to any remedy, right, or relief. Without derogating from these terms, if and when an event of the kind described above, or a similar event, occurs, the Program Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and subject to publication, cancel part of the Program, cancel the Program in its entirety, and/or remove terms, including these terms, change the type of award published, and/or take any other action it sees fit, including changing the Program dates. Any such action under this section is deemed an addition to and/or a change in the Program terms, and fully binds every participant in the Program, whether they registered before or after the change.
6.9. Any tax, withholding, or demand for tax payment of any kind connected with participation in the Program and/or with the awards themselves is the sole responsibility of the participant and/or the recipient and applies to them alone, and in no event applies to the Program Sponsor. It is emphasized that the Program Sponsor will not bear any tax or levy in connection with a win and/or an award. If required by law, the Program Sponsor will transfer any detail, including the participant's and/or the recipient's details, to any competent authority, including the tax authorities and/or a court.
6.10. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from these terms and/or from the Program lies solely with the competent court in the city of Jerusalem.

6.12. These terms are an English translation of the Hebrew Program terms published on this Site. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Hebrew version prevails.
