SW Engineering Tech Lead

Key responsibilities:

Daily management of developers
Hands on development in the Ruby On Rails ecosystem
Guide technical strategy and roadmap
Oversee development processes and improve efficiency
Recruit new employees and mentor the engineering team
Stay current with tech trends, particularly in React and Ruby on Rails
Collaborate with other departments to align R&D with business goals
Work closely with VP Product

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of experience with web development
2+ years of experience with Backend development frameworks (Ruby on Rails / Django/ Laravel/ Adonis/
Phoenix)
Experience in a leadership role
Experience in developing SaaS applications
Fluent in English (native level or very high proficiency)
